This unusual home has a unique layout which can accommodate guests in 5 separate sleeping areas. As you enter the house, there is a small entryway opening up to a living room with fireplace. Connected to the living room is a bedroom with desk and views. To the back of the house is a tiled full bathroom with shower over tub and the spacious gourmet kitchen with eat-in area, porch and stairs leading to the large backyard. Through the kitchen, as you return towards the front of the house you enter another room which has a sofa bed and can be used as another bedroom. You are now in the entry area again where the stairway to the upper level is located. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with built-in book shelves, bunk beds and desk facing out the window. Connected to this bedroom is the very spacious master bedroom with views of the bay, day bed, queen bed and built-in dresser.

From the kitchen, there is a comfortable back porch area and stairs leading to the backyard. The backyard is large and is a great area for outside entertaining. From the yard, there is a door leading to the 5th bedroom, full bathroom and laundry area - all located in the lower level.

The house has hardwood floors throughout, with special built-in features in the upper rooms. Several closets and storage areas throughout the house, including a pantry in the kitchen.
